Project spec:

We’re looking for a Product Owner to support our product scoping and backlog refinement work. Ideally this is for two days a week for June and July 2022 with the possibility for extension.

Contract: 2 days/week for June and July, with possibility for extension

Location: remote, ideally within +2/-5hrs GMT

Rate: £250-350/day

A space for our members to talk to each other in a space their boss can't see. We currently operate in the UK, and are aiming to launch in the US in 2022

Role:

For this contract role, we are looking for a Product Owner to work alongside our Product Manager (Bex) and Product Designer (Alexis) and support with the scoping, user stories and sprint preparation for the engineering team

Main tasks:

• Drafting user stories for technical implementation, based off high-level epics and designs
• Breaking down user stories into placeholder front end and back end JIRA tickets, for handover to the engineering team
• Maintain and update the product backlog, based on the roadmap and sprint progress
• Working alongside Product Manager and Product Designer to plan and schedule scoping work required for future sprints - discussions taking in inputs from analytics, user interviews and team feedback
• Support the Product Manager in QA of sprint work, providing technical and user feedback to the product team
